🔹 Step 1: Find a Peaceful Space
- Sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine (cross-legged or on a chair).
- Close your eyes and relax your body.
- Take a deep breath in through your nose… hold… and slowly exhale through your mouth.
📖 Bhagavad Gita (3.11):

🕉 Feel your body relaxing… tensions melting away… a deep sense of stillness arises.
🔹 Step 2: Breath Awareness (Pranayama)
- Bring your awareness to your breath.
- Inhale deeply for 4 seconds → Hold for 4 seconds → Exhale slowly for 6 seconds.
With each breath, feel your mind becoming quieter, lighter, and peaceful.

🕉 Visualize each inhale filling you with light, and each exhale releasing all worries.
🔹 Step 3: Focus on the Spiritual Eye (Third Eye Chakra)
- Gently bring your attention to the point between your eyebrows.
- Imagine a soft golden or blue light there, glowing like a divine flame.
- If thoughts come, don’t resist them—just return to this light of wisdom.
📖 Adi Shankaracharya:
“Still your mind, and the light of the Self will shine within you.”
🕉 Feel this light expanding, filling your mind with deep peace and bliss.
🔹 Step 4: Chant a Sacred Mantra (Japa Yoga)
Silently or softly repeat a divine mantra:
- AUM… AUM… AUM… (Feel its vibration in your heart)
So Hum (I am That)… So Hum… (Feel oneness with the universe)
Om Namah Shivaya… Om Namah Shivaya… (Invoke deep inner peace and transformation)
📖 Vedas:
“The divine name vibrates through every cell, purifying the mind and awakening the soul.”
🕉 As you chant, feel divine love surrounding you.
🔹 Step 5: Deep Stillness & Self-Realization
- Let go of all effort…
- Simply be present in the stillness…
- Feel the deep joy, the silence, the infinite presence within you…
📖 Yogananda:
“The joy of meditation is boundless—it is the hidden treasure of your soul.”
🕉 You are not the body… not the mind… You are pure blissful consciousness.
🔹 Step 6: Closing & Gratitude
- Gently bring awareness back to your breath…
- Feel gratitude for this moment of deep connection…
- Rub your palms together, place them over your eyes, and slowly open your eyes.
📖 Bhagavad Gita (6.15):
